Most searches are completed within two to three weeks from role definition to accepted offer. Senior, specialized, or niche roles may take an additional one to two weeks. We provide regular search updates throughout the process so you always know where we stand.
What does your hiring guarantee cover?
If a placed professional voluntarily leaves or is terminated for performance-related reasons within the guarantee period (typically 60 to 90 days from start date), we conduct a full replacement search at no additional placement fee. Specific terms are defined in the engagement agreement.
