QA Manual Engineer

About This Role

We need a meticulous QA Manual Engineer to ensure product quality for a B2B e-commerce platform. You will design test strategies, execute test plans, and serve as the last line of defense before features reach production.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and regressions
• Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Report and track bugs with clear reproduction steps using Jira
• Collaborate with developers to understand feature requirements and edge cases
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide QA estimates for planned work
• Validate bug fixes and verify production deployments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA for web applications
• Strong ability to write clear, structured test cases
• Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking tools
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• English communication at B2+ level

Nice to Have

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
• Exposure to mobile application testing
